I was able to make some good progress on the Framewerk photo gallery last night. It's pretty nifty, when you select a picture to upload, it will show you a preview before you upload it. When you upload it verifies it's a supported type, tries to pull out header information provided by digital cameras, and puts the picture in the database. I need to add a step to make it thumbnail during upload, and the tool to manage the categories. I'm debating providing a comment function per photograph. Maybe as a revision after I launch 1.0pr1.
